Stage backdrops
The wall behind your speakers. We print wide, seamless and matte, so stage lights do not bounce back at the cameras, and the logo sits above podium height.
Nobody remembers a backdrop. They remember the photos, and those photos are where your event lives for the next year: the press clipping, the LinkedIn post, the guest's story.
At Bayan Branding we print and install stage backdrops and photo walls across Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, and we plan every one around how it will be photographed.

Six formats cover almost every event we are asked about. Each one solves a different photo problem.

The wall behind your speakers. We print wide, seamless and matte, so stage lights do not bounce back at the cameras, and the logo sits above podium height.

For red carpets, sponsor photos and press calls. We space the logos so a head-and-shoulders shot still catches one, from any angle.

Fabric stretched over a frame: no creases, no bubbles, and it packs flat. If the frame size stays the same, the graphic is good for your next event too.

Sized for a group of six, not one person. The brand sits at head height, with room left for the guests to be the subject.

Fabric or vinyl drops from truss or ceiling rigs, with reinforced hems and eyelets so they hang flat in a big hall.

Matte vinyl on foam board, or on suitable walls where the venue allows. For showrooms, pop-ups and shorter runs.
They take two minutes on the phone and they decide most of what goes wrong or right on the night.
Speakers, podiums, screens, a sign-language interpreter. A podium hides the bottom metre of any backdrop, so we move the logo above it and keep text out of the lower third.
Stage LEDs, spotlights, flashes. Gloss turns into a mirror and warm light shifts blues and greens. We choose matte media and flag colours at risk before they are printed.
A press pit three metres back or guests at arm's length. That decides how big the logo is, how often it repeats and where the seams can go.
A starting point only. We always confirm against your frame or stage drawing.
| Use | Typical size (W x H) | What to watch |
|---|---|---|
| Press wall or step-and-repeat | 3 x 2.4 m | Repeat the logo so every photo catches one |
| Photo booth or selfie wall | 2 x 2.4 m | Leave room for a full group in frame |
| Ballroom or small stage | 4 to 6 m x 3 m | Key marks above podium height |
| Conference main stage | 6 to 8 m x 3 m | Plan joins away from logos |
| Large stage or hall | 8 to 10 m x 3 m or more | Often multi-panel, allow more production time |

Hanging drops in large halls. Light to rig.
Fixed walls and showrooms. Rigid and flat.

Our vinyl work is 3M and Arlon endorsed. Premium vinyl carries a 3 to 5 year warranty and standard Orajet vinyl a 2 year warranty. We check each venue's fire and fixing rules before choosing the material.
Hotel ballrooms, conference centres, Dubai World Trade Centre and Expo City Dubai. The conference season runs from October to April and Ramadan iftars add their own rush, so book production early.
Expo Centre Sharjah, universities and cultural venues. We deliver and install for fairs, graduations and community events.
Hotel events, showroom launches, weddings and community days, delivered and installed by Bayan Branding.
We start from your rehearsal time and work backwards to the print deadline.
Venue, date, stage drawing or frame size, and your logo files.
About 1 day. Finished size in writing, plus a scaled mock-up.
3 to 7 working days, or 10 to 15 for very large builds.
Before sound check and rehearsal. Night installs where needed.
We take it down and can store fabric for reuse.
The backdrop is one piece. Everything else guests see should match it.
A printed fabric on a frame you already own costs far less than a new frame and graphic.
Your project manager owns the timeline, the proofs and the venue rules. You never explain the job twice.
If the dates, the size or the material will not hold, you hear it at the quote stage, not on the build-up day.
3M and Arlon endorsed vinyl, with a 3 to 5 year warranty on premium and 2 years on standard.
Bayan Branding is a sub-division of Bayan Advertising, so the production and installation experience is established, not new.
Match it to the stage width and the camera position. A press wall is usually about 3 x 2.4 m, a ballroom stage 4 to 6 m wide by 3 m high, and a large conference stage 8 to 10 m wide. We confirm the final size against your frame or stage drawing.
Tension fabric or matte media. They stay crease-free and avoid glare from flash and stage lights, while gloss vinyl and PVC reflect light and can wash out logos in photos.
Most backdrops are ready to install 3 to 7 working days after artwork approval. Very large or multi-panel builds can take 10 to 15 working days.
It depends on size, material, frame, installation and deadline. A printed fabric on a frame you already own costs far less than a new frame and graphic. Send the venue, size and date for an accurate quote.
