Terms and Conditions

Overview

These terms apply when you use bayanbranding.com or engage Bayan Branding (a division of Bayan Advertising) for vehicle branding, corporate branding, event branding, signage or retail branding services. By submitting an enquiry or accepting a quote, you agree to these terms.

Quotes & Pricing

Prices shown on our service pages are starting prices and are indicative — your final quote depends on vehicle size or space dimensions, material choice, design complexity and current material costs. A written quote is valid for the period stated on that quote.

Project Approval

Work begins only after you approve the design and quote in writing (including via WhatsApp or email). Once production has started on an approved design, changes may incur additional costs and affect the delivery timeline.

RTA & Municipality Permits

Where a project requires RTA or municipality approval (for example, most vehicle wraps and shopfront signage in the UAE), we handle the permit application on your behalf as part of the project. Approval timelines are set by the relevant authority and are outside our control.

Installation & Warranty

We stand behind our installation workmanship. Material warranties follow the manufacturer's own terms (for example, 3M, Avery Dennison or Oracal vinyl warranties), which we'll share with you at the time of quoting.

Cancellations

If you cancel a project after design or production has started, you're responsible for costs already incurred, including design time, materials ordered or cut, and any permit application fees already paid.

Intellectual Property

Designs we create for you become yours to use for your business once the project is paid in full. We retain the right to feature completed work in our own portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount paid for that specific project. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business or lost revenue.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate in which the relevant Bayan Branding entity is registered.
